The joint meeting of the Pension and Pension Operations Advisory Committees will take place on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, in the David Silver Conference Room at the Institute’s offices located at 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. Lunch will be served.

Greg Dean, Chief Counsel for the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee
Jon Breyfogle, Groom Law Group
Beginning with this meeting, we plan to facilitate a regular discussion (Compliance Corner) on compliance issues of interest to our Committees, which will be led by an outside counsel. For this meeting, Jon Breyfogle of Groom Law Group will lead a discussion on error correction practices and also will discuss recent litigation involving retirement plan service providers. If you have issues you would like added to the agenda (or have suggestions or questions for the Compliance Corner), please email them to Anna Driggs (adriggs@ici.org).
We are organizing a dinner for the evening of Monday, October 1 at 6:30 p.m. for members and ICI staff who would like to get together informally. Further details will be sent to those interested in attending the dinner.
