RE: 1991 OPERATIONS CONFERENCE - VENDOR EXHIBITION

As was mentioned at the Operations Committee meeting on
March 9th and the Transfer Agent Advisory Committee meeting on
March 5th, the Institute would like your input regarding vendors
for the 1991 Operations Conference Vendor Exhibition.
We are sure that there are a number of companies providing
quality products and services to the mutual fund industry that
are not on the Institute's vendor mailing list.
Please use the attached form to provide the Institute with
vendor information for the 1991 Vendor Exhibition. Completed
forms should be faxed to the undersigned at (202)293-1058 by
March 29, 1991, as the conference announcements will be going out
very soon.
