SEC Delays Transition To New N-SAR Filing Process To July 9

SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 19-12 RE: SEC DELAYS TRANSITION TO NEW N-SAR FILING PROCESS TO JULY 9

 

As we previously informed you, the SEC announced that it is modernizing the submission of Form N-SAR. [1] The SEC originally indicated that it planned to transition to the new filing application on April 9. Filers and filing agents expressed concerns that the scheduled April 9 transition did not provide adequate time to prepare for the change. The SEC recently announced that the scheduled transition has been delayed to July 9. [2]
