TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 1-12 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE OPTIONS – FEBRUARY 16, 2012; PLEASE RESPOND BY FEBRUARY 1ST

 

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2012, at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.  The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room (DSCR) on the 12th floor from 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Eastern).  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m.
