TO: INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 1-12 RE: NOTICE OF IOAC MEETING - FEBRUARY 27, 2012 IN DUBLIN & NEW YORK

 

The next meeting of the Institute’s International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) will take place on Monday, February 27, 2012 in Dublin, Ireland and New York, NY, with the meeting sites linked by video conference. HSBC Securities Services will host the meeting in both locations - 1 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 and HSBC Asia North, Tower 11, 452 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10018.

In New York, the IOAC meeting will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. ET. Continental breakfast will be provided at the start of the meeting and lunch will be available at the conclusion of the meeting. In Dublin, the meeting will take place from 1:00-7:00 p.m. GMT and will be preceded by a networking lunch at 12:00pm GMT.

Committee Dinner – February 27 in Dublin

A Committee dinner will be held in Dublin on February 27 at the conclusion of the meeting. There will be a cost of $85.00 per person for dinner, which you will pay at the time that you register for the IOAC events online. Kindly note that if your plans change and you are unable to join us for dinner, you must cancel more than 3 business days in advance in order to receive a refund.

Please register online at www.ici.org/reg/ioac by January 31, 2012 in order to attend the IOAC meeting and dinner. If you would like to join the meeting via teleconference, please register for that option online as well so that we can include you on the list of expected meeting attendees.
