The next meeting of the Technology Committee will take place on Thursday and Friday, November 10 & 11, 2011 at the offices of Lord Abbett & Co. LLC, 90 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ. The Committee meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. on November 10 and 11 and conclude at approximately 3:00 p.m. on both days. Participants are encouraged to attend both meetings.

Committee members (or their substitutes) electing to attend the committee dinner will pay the standard amount of $85.00 via credit card as part of the registration process. Committee Dinner
The Committee dinner will be held on Thursday, November 10th at a venue to be determined. Attire for the dinner is business casual. Kindly note that dinner cancellations must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the event in order to receive a refund of your payment.
Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting attendees at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City located at 2 Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ for the evenings of November 9 and 10 at a rate of $309 per night. To make reservations, please call the hotel at 1-800-233-1234 and ask for a room in the Investment Company Institute Technology Committee room block. The hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit by October 17th to receive the room block rate.

The next meeting of the committee, following the November meeting, will take place on March 1 & 2, 2012 in San Francisco, CA. The meeting will be jointly hosted by BlackRock, Inc. and Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. Please mark your calendars.
