The Institute will hold another conference call to discuss implementation of the final DOL participant disclosure regulation [1] on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 3:00 pm ET. Similar to the call on July 27, [2] the purpose of this call is to allow committee members to discuss specific issues and compliance approaches in preparing for the new rules.
