TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 38-11 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE OPTIONS - JUNE 16TH; PLEASE RESPOND BY JUNE 9TH

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, June 16th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.  The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m. 

Participation by videoconference will be available from two locations:

Lunch will be served following the meeting in San Mateo and during the meeting in Chicago.
