TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 13-11 RE: REVISED RIC MODERNIZATION IMPLEMENTATION MEMO
The attached memorandum on implementing the Regulated Investment Company Modernization Act of 2010 has been revised to reflect the comments received during the Tax Committee meeting/call on March 8. This memorandum, as we discussed on March 8, is being shared with the ICI’s Tax Advisory Group (a group composed largely of lawyers and accountants with major national firms) in advance of the meeting of this Group on March 18.
