TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 1-11 RE: NOTICE OF SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING AND VIDEOCONFERENCE OPTIONS - FEBRUARY 17, 2011; PLEASE RESPOND BY FEBRUARY 1ST

 

A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, February 17th at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.  The meeting will be held in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time.  Lunch will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m.

We are pleased to announce that Jennifer McHugh, the Acting Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, will attend the beginning of the SEC Rules Committee meeting.  She will discuss current and anticipated SEC initiatives impacting funds and investment advisers and will respond to questions.  If there are any particular issues or questions you would like Ms. McHugh to address, please provide them to Gwen Kelly at gwen.kelly@ici.org.
