RE: NOTICE OF MEETING, MARCH 5, 1991

A meeting of the Compliance Committee has been scheduled
for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 1991. The meeting will be
held in the Institute’s Conference Room, 1600 M Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. Lunch will be served after the meeting. An
agenda for the meeting will be circulated shortly. One of the
topics that we plan to discuss is compliance with applicable NASD
requirements. Please provide Amy Lancellotta or Frances Stadler
with any specific items regarding NASD requirements and any other
items you would like to discuss at the meeting by February 19,
1991.
