The Institute will hold a conference call on Tuesday, November 9 at 3:00 PM Eastern to discuss the Department of Labor’s proposed rule defining the circumstances under which a person will be considered to be a fiduciary under ERISA by providing investment advice. On the call we will discuss the issues that should be included in the Institute’s comment letter, due January 20, 2011.
