Last week, we circulated a draft comment letter on the SEC's proposal to reform Rule 12b-1. [1]  We will have a conference call with members of the Pension and Pension Operations Committees on Wednesday, October 27th at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the draft.  We will focus on the portions of the draft that relate specifically to mutual funds used in retirement plans. 

This call will be one of a series of calls we are having with particular sets of committees on the draft.  The full schedule of member calls is as follows:
