TO: MONEY MARKET FUNDS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 52-10 RE: CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS DRAFT 12B-1 COMMENT LETTER; WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 27TH AT 11:00 A.M. (EASTERN)

 

Last week, we circulated a draft comment letter on the SEC's proposal to reform Rule 12b-1. [1]  We will have a conference call with members of the Money Market Funds Advisory Committee on Wednesday, October 27th at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern) to discuss the draft.  We will focus on that portion of the draft that relates specifically to money market funds (pages 22 and 23). 

This call will be one of a series of calls we are having with particular sets of committees on the draft.  The full schedule of member calls is as follows:
