TO: SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 21-10 RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR JUNE 17 SEC RULES COMMITTEE MEETING

 

As we previously informed you, the SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 17th. We are pleased to announce that Robert Kaplan and Bruce Karpati, Co-Chiefs of the Asset Management Unit, Division of Enforcement of the SEC, have agreed to speak at the meeting.

The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, with videoconference options in San Mateo, CA and Chicago, IL at the following locations:
