No. 32-90 dated October 22 attached), we are asking that if you
have not yet done so, please complete the attached form and

The Washington Vista Hotel has agreed to extend our room
block for as long as they have rooms available at the rate of
$150.00 single or double. If you want to reserve a room for
yourself, please call the Vista at 202/429-1700 and ask for a
room in the Investment Company Institute Accounting/Treasurers
Meeting block.
