The next meeting of the Institute’s International Operations Advisory Committee (“IOAC”) will take place via conference call on Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET.

For this call, we invite you to include someone from your organization that has expertise in trailer fee processing/operations, as we will be having a presentation on automation of trailer fee processing and a discussion of issues with the current process for the communication of trailer fee information and payments processing. Preliminary Agenda
The preliminary agenda for the Feb. 26th IOAC meeting is attached for your information. We will be having a shop talk discussion on the topic, “solutions for operating efficiently in difficult times.” Please send your thoughts on this topic in advance of the meeting to Ghassan Hakim at ghakim@frk.com. Ghassan will facilitate the discussion.
