SMALL FUNDS MEMBERS No. 1-09 RE: MUTUAL FUND QUOTATION SERVICE DEADLINE
As you are aware, the current deadline for the NASDAQ OMX Mutual Fund Quotation Service (“MFQS”) is 6:00 p.m. ET. Beginning on February 9, 2009, the end-of-day deadline will change to 6:05 p.m. ET. There will be no change to the MFQS second session and it will continue to operate from 6:15 p.m. ET until 8:00 p.m. ET. Procedures for extension requests beyond 6:05 p.m. ET remain the same.
