TO: AML COMPLIANCE WORKING GROUP No. 6-08 RE: OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS AML ISSUES - THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13
The AML Compliance Working Group will have a conference call on Thursday, November 13th at 2:00 p.m. (EST) to discuss the following items:
- Mutual fund experiences with performing due diligence on correspondent accounts;
- Administration of AML training programs;
- Screening of authorized signers; and
- Mutual fund experiences with SAR filings.
Tom Bogle of Dechert LLP will provide counsel’s perspective on these topics. We expect the call to last 90 minutes with substantial time for questions and input from conference call participants.
