RE: Preliminary Schedule - Board of Governors
Winter Meeting

Enclosed is the preliminary schedule for the Board of
Governors Meeting scheduled January 29-31, 1991 at the Mauna Kea
Beach Hotel in Hawaii.
If you have not already made your reservations to attend,
we encourage you to do so. In order to secure the best rates,
your air travel arrangements should be made as soon as possible.
We have enclosed a flyer from our travel service to help you with
your reservations. Your destination airport in Hawaii should be
Kona, located on the big Island.
If you desire golf or tennis times while you are at the
Mauna Kea, please advise Clare Glynn (202/955-3555) at the
Institute in advance. We will reserve a number of tee-off times
and court times for members of our group and will schedule a golf
tournament on Tuesday afternoon, January 29 if enough players
show interest. We will also be arranging doubles tennis matches
for Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, January 30 & 31.
A more detailed schedule will be sent to you prior to
January 1. In the meantime, if you have any questions please let
me know.
