As previously announced, the SEC Rules Committee meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 3rd.  The meeting will take place at the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,

Washington, D.C., at 12:00 p.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room on the 12th Floor, with videoconference options in Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA.  The meeting will run until approximately 3:30 p.m. Eastern time.  Participation by videoconference will be available at:
