Notice 2008-47 [1] invites public comment on recommendations for Treasury’s 2008-2009 Guidance Priority List.  The Institute plans to submit a letter recommending tax and pension items to be included on the list by the Notice’s deadline of May 31, 2008. [2]

 

If you have suggestions for retirement security issues to be included in the Institute’s letter, please contact Elena Barone at 202-326-5821 or ebarone@ici.org.  We ask that you submit your suggestions by Monday, May 19, 2008.
