SEC RULES COMMITTEE No. 20-08     RE: REMINDER -- APRIL 8 MUNICIPAL SECURITIES ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING AND DRAFT AGENDA

 

As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Municipal Securities Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC.  The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room.

 

Andrew “Buddy” Donohue, Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management, will attend the meeting to discuss, among other things, SEC proposals and initiatives impacting municipal securities.  We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 2:30 p.m.  A draft meeting agenda is attached.
