TO: TAX COMMITTEE No. 47-07     RE: CONFERENCE CALL REGARDING COST BASIS REPORTING - WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, AT 2:00 PM ET

 

A call has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. ET, to discuss recent legislative developments in mandatory cost basis reporting.  This will be a joint call with the Tax Committee, various operations experts from member complexes, and transfer-agent service providers.  Among other things, we will discuss the bill recently passed by the Ways and Means Committee. [1]
