TO: VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 23-07 RE: DECEMBER 5 VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING -- REMINDER AND DRAFT AGENDA
As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Variable Insurance Products Advisory
Committee has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., 12th Floor, Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time in the David Silver Conference Room.
Attached is a draft meeting agenda. Susan Nash and Bill Kotapish of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management will attend the meeting to discuss, among other things, variable insurance products initiatives at the SEC. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude no later than 2:00 p.m.
