The Institute will hold a conference call on Wednesday, October 17 at 3:00 PM Eastern to discuss the “Defined Contribution Plan Fee Transparency Act of 2007” (H.R. 3765).  This bill, which would create additional sponsor- and participant-level disclosure requirements under the Internal Revenue Code, was introduced by Representative Richard Neal on October 4. [1]
