TO: EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 14-07 RE: APRIL 17 EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING -- REMINDER AND DRAFT AGENDA
As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time.
Attached is a draft meeting agenda. Eric Sirri, Director of the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation and Bob Colby, Deputy Director of the Division, will attend the meeting to discuss trading issues and market structure developments at the SEC. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude by 2:30 p.m.
If you have not yet responded, please indicate on the response form below whether you, or an alternate from your firm, plan to attend the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you would like to discuss at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you on April 17.
