Most notably, the proposed changes would revise Schedule C to require disclosure of significantly more information regarding service provider compensation, including information on certain bundled arrangements and payments received by service providers from others in connection with services provided to the plan (e.g. revenue sharing). The proposed changes also will require significantly more disclosure from 403(b) plans.1 The purpose of the call is to develop industry comments on the new Schedule C and other Form 5500 changes. DOL’s deadline for comments is September 19, 2006.
