RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - APRIL 4, 2006
A meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday,
April 4, 2006 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.
We have invited senior staff of the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation to address the
Committee regarding market structure developments at the SEC, as well as to discuss the
Committee’s views on market structure issues. We anticipate that the meeting will conclude by
2:00 p.m.
Please indicate on the response form below whether you, or an alternate from your firm,
plan to attend the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you
would like to discuss at the meeting. A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
