RE: DRAFT ICI LETTER TO IRS ON UK FOREIGN TAX CREDIT ISSUE
The attached draft letter to the Internal Revenue Service reflects the Tax Committee
conference call (held on Monday, April 25) regarding the UK foreign tax credit issue.1 As we
discussed on the call, this letter will be filed with the Service before close of business on
Tuesday, April 26. Thus, any comments on this letter must be provided to Cathy Barré
