As we previously informed you, the Institute will be conducting regional meetings of the
CCO Committee.1 The first meetings of the Committee will take place as follows:

Members are welcome to attend a meeting in any of the regions listed above. Please note,
however, that the East Coast regional meeting in Washington DC is filled to capacity. If you have
not already done so, please indicate on the attached registration form whether you or an alternate
will be attending the meeting. It is expected that each meeting will end no later than 2:00 p.m.
