RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - APRIL 12, 2005
A meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee has been scheduled for Tuesday,
April 12, 2005 at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Annette L. Nazareth, Director of the SEC’s Division of Market Regulation, will be
attending the beginning of the meeting to discuss market structure developments at the SEC, as
well as the Committee’s views on market structure. We anticipate that the meeting will
conclude by 5:00 p.m.
Please indicate on the response form below whether you, or an alternate from your firm,
plan to attend the meeting. In addition, please provide on the form below any items that you
would like to discuss at the meeting. A draft agenda will follow under separate cover.
