RE: FEBRUARY 14 CONFERENCE CALL ON DISCLOSURE TO PLAN SPONSORS
A conference call has been scheduled for Monday, February 14, 2005 at 2:00 p.m.
Eastern Time to discuss plan sponsor-level disclosure in light of the ERISA Advisory Council’s
recent reports on disclosure.1 In particular, we will discuss possible modifications to the model
401(k) fee disclosure form that the Institute helped develop a number of years ago.2
