This is to advise you that there will be a Contractual
Plans Committee Meeting in the Washington Board Room at the Grand
Hyatt Washington, 1000 H Street, NW, Washington, D. C. 20001,
from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 9, 1990. This
meeting will be held during the Institute's 1990 General
Membership Meeting. A General Membership Meeting Program along
with a Registration Form and Hotel Registration Form is enclosed.
Please note that the deadline for making hotel reservations is
Tuesday, April 17, 1990, so you must get the Hotel Reservation
Form to the hotel by that date.
We will discuss, as usual, the statistical data that was
requested earlier from each committee member (see Memorandum to
Contractual Plans Committee No. 2-90 dated March 9, 1990), as
well as a number of other matters affecting contractual plans.
Please complete and return the attached form to Rita
Pemberton at the Institute no later than Wednesday, April 25,
1990. Or, if you prefer, fax it to Ms. Pemberton at 202/293-7016
before April 25th.
