RE: MINUTES OF LAST MEETING AND AGENDA FOR UPCOMING MEETING

Attached are the minutes of the last meeting of the Direct
Marketing Committee, which was held on January 17, 1990 in
Phoenix, Arizona. Also attached is a list of the members and
visitors who attended the meeting.
You should have already received information of the next meetings
of the Institute's marketing and communications committees, which
will be held in Washington, D.C. on April 18 and 19 (except for a
special meeting of the Public Information Committee on April 17).
If you have not already done so, please let us know at your
earliest convenience whether you plan to attend the meetings.
You may do so by returning the response form attached to the
original meeting notice, or simply calling Marie Stanley at
202/955-3531.
Please note that the Direct Marketing Committee will meet at 9:30
a.m. on April 19. An agenda for that meeting is attached. A
joint luncheon with the Sales Force Marketing Committee will
follow the meeting.
