RE: MINUTES OF LAST MEETING

The next meeting of the Sales Force Marketing Committee will be
held on April 19, 1990, at 2 p.m. at the Madison Hotel, 15th and
M Streets, N.W., in Washington, D.C., following a luncheon with
the Direct Marketing Committee (the Public Information and
Shareholder Communications Committees will meet on April 18). A
preliminary agenda is enclosed.
I have also attached the minutes of the last meeting of the Sales
Force Marketing Committee, which was held on January 19, 1990, in
Phoenix, Arizona. Included as well are a list of those members
who attended the meeting, and a complete list of the names and
addresses of the members of the committee.
As is customary, the Institute will host dinner for members the
night before the meeting. Please let Marie Stanley at the
Institute know which meetings and optional dinners you will be
attending. I look forward to seeing you next month.
