RE: PRELIMINARY AGENDAS AND RESPONSE FORM FOR GMM WEEK MEETINGS
AND EVENTS
As you know, members of the International Committee are invited to participate in three
meetings at the Institute’s offices in Washington, D.C. on May 17 and 18, 2004. Members of the
committee also are invited to attend a dinner with international guests to the Institute’s General
Membership Meeting (GMM) on the evening of Monday, May 17, 2004.1
Preliminary agendas for all three of those meetings are attached. The response form for
the meetings and the dinner also is attached.
All International Committee members are encouraged to attend these events.
If you have not already done so, please complete and return the attached response
form by, Wednesday, May 12, 2004.
To assist you in planning your travel, the Institute has arranged for discount airfare to be
