RE: Public Information Committee Meeting

The Public Information committee will have its April
meeting in two sessions, beginning at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April
17, in the conference room at ICI. The meeting will reconvene on
Wednesday morning, April 18, at the Madison Hotel at the
intersection of M and 15th Street, N.W.
Tuesday afternoon there will be a discussion on the future
direction of the Institute's public relations' program. On
Wednesday morning there will be a roundtable discussion with two
broadcast journalists.
There will be a joint luncheon on Wednesday, followed by
the Shareholder Communication Committee from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m.
On Thursday, April 19, the Direct Marketing Committee will
meet in the morning, with the Sales Force Marketing Committee
meeting in the afternoon, following a joint luncheon.
A final agenda for the Public Information Committee will be
mailed to you soon.
