RE: CHANGE IN SEC REGULATION NMS HEARING SCHEDULE
The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a notice of a change in the schedule
of public hearings to be held on proposed Regulation NMS.1 Specifically, the first public
hearing will now be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 in New York.2 The Commission also
has extended the period for requesting to testify at the hearing. Persons who wish to testify
must submit a written request to the Commission by April 9, 2004. In addition, persons
requesting to testify must submit copies of their oral statements or a summary of their intended
testimony to the Commission by April 12, 2004.
