RE: REMINDER - EQUITY MARKETS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING - MARCH 31,
2004
As we previously informed you, a meeting of the Equity Markets Advisory Committee
has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at the offices of the Investment Company
Institute, 1401 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The meeting will be held in the David Silver
Conference Room on the 12th floor beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. We anticipate that the
meeting will conclude no later than 4:00 p.m. The final meeting agenda is attached.
The Honorable Roel C. Campos, Commissioner, Securities and Exchange Commission as
well as Robert Colby, Deputy Director, Division of Market Regulation, Securities and Exchange
Commission will be attending the meeting to discuss the Committee’s views on market
structure and, in particular, the SEC’s proposed Regulation NMS.
If you have not yet responded, please indicate on the response form below whether you
or an alternate from your firm plan to attend the meeting.
