RE: OUTSOURCING
The Institute was notified that the California Department of Finance and other California
State Agencies would contact all companies that currently have a contract with the State of
California about their offshore outsourcing practices. The purpose of the inquiry is to quantify
which particular firms have entered into offshore outsourcing arrangements and which
functions are outsourced. We will keep you informed as we become aware of any further
developments.
