This is to remind you that the Transfer Agent Advisory
Committee will meet on Tuesday, February 13, 1990, from 10:00
a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m. in the Sixth Floor Conference
Room at the offices of the Investment Company Institute, 1600 M
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20036.
If you have not already done so, please call Rita Pemberton
at 202/955-3551 and inform her whether or not you will be
attending the meeting.
The attached meeting agenda consists of a limited number of
items that we identified as being relevant to this committee. We
encourage committee members to consider additional items of
potential interest to the committee and be prepared to introduce
those additional items during the general discussion of future
committee projects and goals.
