To accommodate our members, the Institute has decided to make available a west-coast hook-up to this meeting. Accordingly, videoconference participation will be available for this meeting at the offices of Franklin Templeton in San Mateo. Committee members may participate in the meeting from either of the following two locations: West Coast (10:30 a.m. Pacific Time) East Coast (1:30 p.m. Eastern Time) Franklin Templeton Investment Company Institute One Franklin Pkwy. 1401 H Street N.W.
