RE: MEETING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO FORM N-1A

A meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 1 to
discuss the SEC's proposed amendments to Form N-1A (including the
proposed "Management's Discussion and Analysis" and the portfolio
manager disclosure) and the Institute's comment letter thereon.
The meeting will be held at the Institute and will begin at 10:00
a.m. (Lunch will be served after the meeting.)
