RE: MEETING NOTICE - MAY 28, 2003
The next meeting of the Internal Audit Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday,
May 28, 2003 at the Investment Company Institute, at 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, D.C.
The meeting will run from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and will take place in the David Silver
Conference Room, which is located on the 12th floor. Lunch will be served during the meeting.
We have invited John Walsh, Chief Counsel in the SEC’s Office of Compliance Inspections &
Examinations, to update the Committee on current SEC issues and concerns.
Agenda Items
Please provide us input on issues and agenda items that you would like covered at the
meeting, including those that you would like Mr. Walsh to address. Please use the attached
form to list your ideas and suggestions. We will circulate both the issues and the agenda in
