RE: MAY 15, 2003 MEETING
The next meeting of the Technology Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday,
May 15, 2003 in the David Silver Conference Room (12th Floor) of the Investment Company
Institute 1401 H Street, NW Washington, DC. The session will begin at 9:00 a.m. with “shop
talk” discussion. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately
3:00 p.m. Please complete the attached attendance sheet so that we may determine who will
attend the meeting. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBMIT YOUR DISCUSSION TOPICS FOR
“SHOP TALK”.
There will be a Committee dinner held on May 14. The dinner will take place at
Butterfield 9 that is located at 600 14th Street, NW. A reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and
dinner will follow at 7:00 p.m. The restaurant may be contacted at (202) 289-8810 and the attire
is business casual.
Unfortunately, the Institute is not able to secure a block of rooms at a suitable hotel
convenient to the meeting. The date of our meeting coincides with a very busy week in
Washington DC. As such, if you plan to join us for dinner and require a hotel room for the
evening of May 14, we suggest that you make the necessary reservations as soon as possible.
A preliminary agenda for the May meeting will be sent to your attention in April. If you
