Attached for your review in advance of the Tax Subcommittee meeting next Wednesday,
February 19 at 2:00 p.m. -- in the David Silver Conference Room, on the 12th floor of the
Institute’s offices at 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005 -- is the PowerPoint presentation
that we will follow while discussing President Bush’s dividend exclusion.1 We also will discuss
on February 19, time permitting, the President’s savings proposals2 and considerations
involving distressed debt.
