RE: BTAC MEETING NOTICE - MARCH 6, 2003
The next meeting of the Bank and Trust Advisory Committee will be held on Thursday,
March 6 at the J. W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort located at 5350 East Marriott Drive (between
Deer Valley Road & Pinnacle Peak at Tatum Blvd.) in Phoenix, Arizona. Continental breakfast
will be served at 8:30 a.m. and we will begin the meeting at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be served at
noon and the meeting is expected to conclude by 2:00 p.m. Attire for the meeting is business
casual.
If you require overnight accommodations, please contact the hotel by February 12 to
secure the reduced room rate of $249 single/double. Please call the hotel directly at 480-609-
3646 to make reservations and be sure to mention that you want the Investment Company
Institute rate.
RECEPTION AND DINNER – MARCH 5
On March 5, there will be a BTAC dinner at Tuscany’s, a restaurant on the property of
the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Hotel. There will be a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner
at 7:00 p.m. The Institute’s policy is to bill attendees for their portion of the dinner. Attire for the
dinner is business casual.
