[15493] December 24, 2002 TO: PENSION COMMITTEE No. 50-02 PENSION OPERATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE No. 85-02 RE: JANUARY 22, 2003 COMMITTEE MEETING IN WASHINGTON, DC -- WITH VIDEO- CONFERENCING PARTICIPATION AVAILABLE IN LOS ANGELES, CA The next joint meeting of the Pension Committee and the Pension Operations Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2003 with a modified format. Specifically, this meeting will be video-conferenced from the David Silver Conference Room (on the 12th floor of the Institute’s offices at 1401 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20005) to Los Angeles (where members may participate in a conference room at The Capital Group (333 South Hope Street, Los Angeles CA 90071)). Additional details regarding the location of the Los Angeles video-conferencing site will be provided to those members who inform the Institute that they will participate in the meeting from that location. Because of the new meeting format, the meeting will begin at 1:30 pm in Washington, DC (10:30 am in Los Angeles). Light refreshments (cookies and drinks) will be available prior to the meeting.
