RE: FEBRUARY 6 & 7, 2003 MEETING
The next meeting of the Technology Advisory Committee will take place on Thursday,
February 6 and Friday, February 7, 2003. The meeting will take place in Denver and will be
hosted by Janus at 44 Cook Street, 2nd Floor, Denver, CO (303/782-3576). The meeting is
scheduled from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. on February 6 and from 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. on February 7. Please
complete the attached attendance sheet so that we may determine who will attend the meeting.
The attire for the meeting is business casual.
The Institute is in the process of securing accommodations for the Committee. There
will also be a Committee dinner on February 6. Hotel and dinning details will be forwarded to
you shortly. Attire for dinner will be business casual.
A preliminary agenda is attached. A “shop talk” sheet is also attached. Please take a
moment and submit your questions. If you have any questions regarding the meeting you may
